Mr Xing, the 96-year-old tennis player
Every day, Mr Xing Rao plays tennis, except when it rains. He is 96 years old but does daily one-hour sessions hitting the ball 1,000 times against a wall in his neighbourhood in Shenzhen. Sometimes he goes out to play with friends.
His recipe for his physical well-being and longevity? A positive attitude and sports.
