Chef Joachim is from Switzerland.
With more than 30 years of experience in the bakery field, Joachim had been to different areas in the world working at five-star hotels, including southeast Asia, middle East, India, Egypt, Mexico, Unite States and many more.
Joachim right now is working at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center as the pastry chef.
