Born in the Bronx, New York, Kris began playing the congas and dicovered his passion in music at an early age.

Now he plays in a Latin music band in Beijing to promote Latin music and culture in China. He has been in Beijing for about four years, and it took only four years to convert a New Yorker to a Beijinger. Kris loves his new home and decides to stay here as long as he can.
