Startup reaches for the stars

Leung Wai-ming, former Hong Kong headmaster, has devoted himself to improving education in Hunan province in the last decade by setting up libraries in 324 primary schools in rural areas on the Chinese mainland through his Reading Dreams Foundation. His project has benefitted over 200,000 mainland students, helping to boost their self-confidence and interest in reading. Leung said he has a simple dream that by improving the quality of education, Chinese people will earn more respect from others.
