From an ordinary driller to an “old expert”, over 27 years of being on the front lines of geological exploration, Champa Tashi never forgot his humble beginnings. He has continued to harvest geological as well as social benefits for many years.

As a Party member for 10 years, he always remembers that "a Party member is a banner and a Party member is a mirror".
